Terms & Conditions: By purchasing a ticket for SoulFest, you acknowledge and accept the following guidelines designed to ensure a comfortable, family-friendly environment for all attendees. Entry & Eligibility: Admission rights remain solely at the discretion of the event organizers. SoulFest is curated as a family-focused occasion; therefore, entry for individual males or all-male groups is not permitted. Only female buyers are eligible to purchase tickets. General Policies: Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks into the festival area. Any ticket or invitation obtained through unofficial or unauthorized channels will be considered invalid. The management is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or property damage occurring during the event. Children & Timings: Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Festival gates will close at 8:00 PM, and re-entry may not be allowed. Entry for children aged 6 and below is complimentary. Event Rights: The organizers retain the authority to cancel or reschedule the event if required. Convenience or processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
